*Arabia: An ancient
mythical and illusionary geopolitical concept that was temporally revived in the beginning of
the 20th century by Col. T.E. Lawrence of the British Intelligence
as a mean to unify the Bedouin tribes of Hejaz against the Ottoman occupation. The
theory also inspired a group of Mideastern liberals and free thinkers (mainly
Christian Lebanese and Syrians ) who strived to market the idea of Arab
Nationalism in the region, but to no avail.
